Please note that the tariff surcharges listed below are based on the most recent information as of April 30, 2025, and are subject to change as we receive further updates from our suppliers.

FSC’s Role and Tariff Documentation:

- Country of Origin (COO): The COO refers to the final manufacturing location of a product, but it does not necessarily reflect the origin of all components within the product. Many items with a U.S. COO still contain materials sourced from global suppliers, some of which may be subject to tariffs. The tariff increases passed along by our suppliers are reflected in the pricing provided to our customers.

- HTS Codes: As FSC is not typically the importer or exporter of record, we are not responsible for assigning or validating HTS codes. The responsibility for HTS code classification lies with the importer of record, which is typically the customer, as per U.S. Customs regulations.

- BOM-Level Tariff Impact: FSC is unable to provide detailed line-item cost breakdowns by component, as this data is proprietary to our suppliers. Moreover, tariffs are applied at the finished good’s HTS code level, not at the component level, making a BOM-based tariff analysis both inaccurate and commercially sensitive.

Administrative Fee for Documentation:

To help cover the coordination, validation, and processing efforts associated with tariff-related documentation, we will be applying an administrative fee for requests outside of standard order processing. This fee applies to requests for Country of Origin (COO) documents, HTS codes, or component-level data, and will be communicated as needed.

Tariff Surcharge Updates:

As of April 30, 2025, the following product families are impacted by tariff surcharges. Please be aware that this list is subject to change, and FSC will continue to pass along any new tariff surcharges or updates as received from our suppliers.

We appreciate your attention to these updates and your continued partnership with FSC. If you require specific documentation or have any questions regarding the tariff-related charges or administrative fees, please contact your FSC representative for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate these changes.
